Elliott Farm Homeowners’ Association

November 28, 2017

Meeting called to order at 7:00pm


Secretary: The minutes from the September meeting were approved as read.

President: Chris reported the results of the election of officers. The slate is posted below.

Treasurer: Meg reported via e-mail she has prepared a proposal of the 2018 budget which includes the following expenditures:

Irrigation project in the Gables- $500

Tot lot project-$5400 for rolled and tumbled bark

We are right on budget at current expenses

Landscaping Chairman: Rob reported via e-mail that we need to sign the contract with the landscaper for 2018.

Architectural Control Chairman: Linh reported that there are no new requests.

Rental Property Manager: A homeowner attended the meeting requesting information about renting his house. The board responded that the community is at capacity for rentals at this time. Chris will send the homeowner a digital copy of the rental amendment.

New Business: Letters will be sent to all landlords reminding them of the rental amendment and their responsibilities.

The slate of officers for the 2018 Board of Directors is as follows:

President: John Wruble

Treasurer: Meg Paul

Secretary: Penny Gowen

Committee Chairs are as follows:

ACC: Linh Hirano

LCC: Rob Shafer

RPM: Chris Rodrigues

Old Business: The board elected to have the attorney handle the matter regarding a homeowner’s request for split payment of his fence. The board unanimously approved the expense of the attorney fees at a rate of $275 to have the matter researched and have the homeowner served with a letter.

Next meeting is the January 23, 2018 at 7pm at Nativity Lutheran Church.

All Homeowners are encouraged to attend.
