Dale Prior called the meeting to order.
Board Members present: Dale Prior, Rick Heinz, Shawn Martin, John Ross, and Sherry Rosenlund. Also present: Rob Wick and Shawn Hutchinson

Financial Report reviewed P & L statements to date and 2004 budget..
New Board Positions for 2004 announced, motion made and vote carried.

“No Parking” signs will be installed by King County at the Gables entrance on the south side of the street. There will be no parking for 120 ft from the entrance. Parking close to the entrance creates a dangerous situation for cars entering and leaving the site. Notices will be sent to those homeowners at the entrance. This will be strictly enforced.
The CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions) state there can be no wildlife confined on the properties. This includes but is not limited to chickens, goats, pigs and other farm animals.
Dogs running loose and lack of owners consideration for others by allowing pets to leave deposits is not something covered by the CC&Rs. Homeowners may file animal control complaints with King County by accessing the following website: www.metrokc.gov/lars/animal/services/field.htm
The gazebo is finished at the Tot Lot. A new picnic table will be ordered and placed in Spring 2004 and the old BBQ and park bench will be installed.
Hwy 140th clean-up project. It is in the best interest of the homeowners of Elliott Farm to maintain the debris and weeds along 140th between the Gables entrance and power lines. There is equipment available to use for the safety of anyone involved in this project. Those interested in helping with this project and being included in a rotation cycle should contact Rick Heinz or Dale Prior.
Elliott Farm Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions including architectural control will be reviewed in 2004. Procedures for non-compliance will be written and voted by the Board and published to homeowners. Violations will be enforced. If any Elliott Farm homeowner does not have a copy of the CC&Rs can get a copy from our website. If you have any question please feel free to contact a board member.
Recommendation for speed bumps: This has been presented and reviewed previously and the fire department stated the trucks cannot maneuver speed bumps on the narrow roads. The board voted not to pursue this further.
Christmas Decoration Contest: There will be contest-voting forms available at mailboxes. Decorate by December 14th and cast your ballot
Holiday Progressive Dinner. December 6th is the date and several families have signed up. This will be the 6th annual party held in Woodward. Several Gables families have shown interest; however, not enough for a separate party. Those Gables families have been invited to join Woodward families on December 6th. A fun evening is expected.
