Old Business:

Pipeline temporary easement- We do not see a problem with the easement, but we are waiting to hear back from the lawyer. We are also asking that if the easement goes over a year, HDR will pay us $1000 per month.

Joyce has purchased 8 safety cones to put out when kids are playing. We will have 4 for Woodward and 4 for Gables. If you would like to take one of these to put out, please call Joyce at 425-430-4433.

A big thank you to Dale and his son for fixing the mailbox at Woodward!

New Business:

America’s Night Out is Tuesday, August 5th. We will plan to do something for this event.

We would like to find a handyman to do various jobs in the neighborhood, such as pressure washing the sport court and play equipment. If you know someone who is interested, please call Dale Prior at 425-226-6712.
