Fire District #40 Representative Bob Jensen reported that the district has brought on 3 new journeymen fire fighters, the first in 12 years. They are all doing well and helping the budget by helping out with overtime. No major issues to report on.

Joy Church provided the Board with a current financial report, which was reviewed and approved. Invoices have been mailed to all homeowners for the 2003 dues and many homeowners have already paid. Currently only 2 homeowners will have late fees.

A special Thank you to all homeowners who have paid on time. It will help all of us to have the money in our account to work with.

Shawn is currently working on bids to improve the Woodward entryway landscaping by bringing in about 20 yards of topsoil and replanting the plants in good soil. Lights will be replaced after that work is done.  The County will be replacing about 5 large western cedars at the entryway.

And another special Thank You to the homeowners who helped plant over 100 fir trees, 50 ferns and 40 Red elderberry bushes along the trail and hillside.

John Ross reported approving 1 fence and 1 deck

Also a reminder to please get approval before building!   This is how we maintain the appearance of our properties.
