Board of Trustees Meeting
June 28, 2005
The meeting was called to order at: 7:08pm by President, Rick Heinz.
Board members present: Rick Heinz, John Wruble
Also present: Joy Church, James Postma and Becky Wruble.
The May minutes were read and approved.
King County Sheriff’s Department: Not present.
Fire District #40 Report: There were 167 EMS/Rescue calls in May and 18 fire calls for FD 40.
Financial Report, Joy Church: Joy provided the financial report. We discussed the one open delinquency issue. Joy also provided reports that will assist the board in planning our next year’s budget.
Landscaping Report, Rob Wick: Rick Heinz gave the report. Malone’s Landscaping has started maintaining our property in June. Already it has been recognized the improvement in the upkeep of our landscaping.
Also, Wygant painting completed painting our mail stations and staining our benches and big toy.
Architectural Control Report, John Wruble: John reviewed current projects in the neighborhood. Thank you for supporting the ACC and submitting your proposals.
Shawn Hutchinson had submitted some information from our lawyer pertaining to trees in the greenbelt. Rick plans to have a policy available for discussion at the annual meeting.
Social Committee/Community Relations, Rod Moore: The Neighborhood Pride and Picnic day was June 4th. Thanks to the neighbors that helped with the cleanup!!!
The Neighborhood Garage Sale was held June 24th & 25th. We had about a dozen neighbors participate.
Block Watch, Rick Heinz: No news.
Newsletter was mailed out in June.
John and James will assess the need for a new net at the sport court. It sounds like the cable may just need to be repaired.
Need board nominees for our annual meeting.
Annual meeting is in October.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.
The next Homeowner’s Association meeting will be July 25, 2005 at 7:00pm Nativity Lutheran Church, 17707 140th Ave SE.
