Meeting called to order at 7:00pm
Secretary: The minutes from the July meeting were approved as read.
President: Gordon reported that National Night Out was a huge success. Attendance was up from previous years. He thanked the board for all of the support and hard work over the years. The board thanked Gordon for everything he has done for our community.
Treasurer: Meg reported we received a bill from Matt’s Tree Service that had a late fee attached. Gordon added he spoke with them and had the late fee removed.
The bill from the landscaper for Phase I has not been received.
Meg would like to start planning the budget for next year.
The bill for the back flow test was $180.
Landscaping Chairman: Rob reported via e-mail that the back flow test has been completed and the cost was $180.
The sprinkler in the Gables tot lot is still not working.
Architectural Control Chairman: Linh reported that one homeowner would like to paint their house and change the door color in the Woodward.
Rental Property Manager: Chris reported that the community is at capacity for rentals and cannot accept any new additional rentals.
New Business: Meg made a motion that Chris Rodrigues serve as interim HOA president and fulfill Gordon’s term. The motion was seconded by Penny and passed unanimously.
Chris Rodrigues will serve out the remainder of the term as HOA president.
Old Business: The board needs to start work on next year’s budget.
The board needs to gather all materials in preparation of the annual meeting in October.

Next meeting is the September 26, 2017 at 7pm at Nativity Lutheran Church.
