Meeting called to order at 7:15pm
Secretary: The minutes from the March meeting were approved as read.
President: John requested that each board member review the Articles of Incorporation especially the section outlining elections, quorum and board of director responsibilities. We will discuss at next meeting.
Treasurer: Meg reported that only four homeowners have not yet paid their dues.
Laurie Wu filed the taxes for the community.
Landscaping Chairman: No report. Need to find additional members for this committee.
Architectural Control Chairman: Linh reported that we have one submission for a new roof that needs approval.
The covered porch was approved for a home in the Woodward.
Rental Property Manager: Chris reported via e-mail
New Business: John suggested having a welcome packet and include a write up from each board member about their position to help educate homeowners on what the board does for the community.
The board decided to cancel the community garage sale due to lack of interest in years past.
John will contact Ace Hardware to rent the aerating and thatching equipment. The date for the spring clean up is set for the weekend of May 19-20.
Old Business: Traffic at the entry still remains an issue. Still inquiring about having the county install a traffic light

Next meeting is May 22, 2018 at 7pm at Nativity Lutheran Church.
